Cleaning equipment for surfaces
Cleaning equipment for surfaces for assembly-integrated cleaning
Assembly-integrated cleaning is designed to remove or bind particles immediately during or after their generation in order to prevent possible contamination of components and/or the immediate and wider environment. In the production and assembly environment, it is often simply not possible to prevent the formation of particles, so effective measures must be taken to remove contamination from surfaces. Regardless of whether components or groups of parts are singled out, disposed of, or otherwise handled: Abrasion can produce particles that are often only loosely bound on the surface and can therefore be reliably removed with the right surface cleaning equipment.
This is particularly important when contamination is critical for the further manufacturing process. In principle, various processes are possible, which must always be selected to suit the specific application. Blow guns with compressed air are often used as cleaning equipment for surfaces in order to clean workpieces or workpiece carriers manually. However, because particles are distributed in an undefined and uncontrolled manner in the immediate environment, suction guns are the method of choice in cleanliness-sensitive environments.
Suction systems for reliable surface cleaning
CleanControlling GmbH supports you in establishing and implementing processes for assembly-integrated cleaning in your company. For this purpose, we offer you an extensive product range of different suction systems. To ensure assembly cleanliness, we can provide you with professional cleaning equipment for surfaces. This allows particles to be reliably picked up and removed from a process environment where cleanliness is critical.
The mode of operation of the suction gun is based on the Venturi principle: a vacuum is generated in the suction tube by passing compressed air through an annular nozzle. The air flowing in from the outside directs particles, chips and other contaminants to the exhaust hose and collects them in a collection container. In this way, the particles are reliably removed from the process environment. For moist particles, we offer an aerosol suction system with which particles of max. 7 mm (3 mm when using the flat nozzle) can be collected in suction mode, such as short metal chips that occur when cutting threads, for example. Three fine filters arranged one above the other make it possible to suck up an extensive volume of liquid.
Combined suction-blow systems for stubborn contaminants
In addition to such cleaning equipment for surfaces, we also offer combined suction-blow systems that can activate a compressed air jet in addition to the suction air flow. The powerful compressed air jet can be used to loosen stubborn dirt on surfaces or blow out stuck particles from blind holes.
Nozzles, filters and accessories for suction systems
To match the technical cleaning equipment for surfaces, we carry a wide range of accessories such as various round or flat brushes, filters and spare parts. In this way, you can always optimally adapt the cleaning equipment used for surfaces to the respective requirements for assembly cleanliness.
Hand rollers and adhesive rollers for cleaning surfaces
In order to regularly clean flat surfaces from particles, hand rollers with an adhesive roller are also suitable, which you can also obtain from us as cleaning equipment for surfaces. The particles adhere to the roller and can be permanently fixed by rolling them onto the adhesive pad. As soon as the adhesive pad is saturated and can no longer absorb any more particles, the side is simply detached and a new side with fresh adhesive is immediately available. We offer hand rollers in various designs and widths, as well as the necessary adhesive pads with 250 sheets each. Simply order online or use our contact form if you have any questions in advance about our cleaning equipment for surfaces.
