CleanControlling GmbH offers a comprehensive range of tools, accessories and consumables as well as services for particle monitoring, including particle stamps, particle traps and particle rocker pads. Microscopic evaluation of the pads enables detailed analysis of all particles found or "captured" in the manufacturing environment. Using state-of-the-art analysis methods, including the use of stereomicroscopes, we can accurately identify and classify particles. The results are then carefully documented and summarized in a comprehensive test report, which serves as proof of compliance with cleanliness standards for our customers.

Our laboratory is accredited by the DAkkS in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and therefore also offers companies without their own laboratory capacity a reliable way of having analyses and microscopic evaluations carried out. If required, our experts are also available for training and consulting services on the subject of technical cleanliness.

Microscopic analysis - our services

Light-optical analysis: Microscopic evaluation using a stereo microscope is used to precisely examine and identify shiny and non-shiny metallic particles on the pads you send us. This enables us to detect impurities and foreign bodies that can impair the cleanliness of the process environment and the quality of products.

SEM/EDX analysis: With this combination of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), we create high-resolution images of surface structures and obtain information about the surface structure of your products.

Development of test specifications: By defining precise criteria and parameters for the analysis and evaluation of particles, we ensure a uniform and standardized procedure.

Classification of particles according to VDA 19.1 / ISO 16232: The classification of particles according to the size classes defined in these standards helps to identify specific problems and risks and provides valuable information on sensible or necessary measures to improve cleanliness. The visual representation of the largest particles found during the microscopic evaluation facilitates the assessment of potential problems and possible solutions.

Documentation and test reports: All test results are comprehensively documented by us. This documentation provides your company with valid proof for quality assurance purposes. We also prepare a test report summarizing all the results of the microscopic evaluation and analysis. In addition to detailed descriptions of the identified particles, the test report also contains recommendations for improving product quality. You can use our test reports internally and pass them on to your customers as proof of the quality of your products.

Archiving: Archiving your sampled pads or stamps in our archive offers you a secure and lean solution for storing all the analyses we have carried out for traceability, transparency and ongoing quality control as well as future reference purposes. In CleanControllling's in-house archive, your documents are securely protected and available at any time if required.
