Test fixtures for microscopy stages

The subject of "technical cleanliness" is of decisive importance for modern technical products, e.g. in the aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical and medical technology industries. This is because the requirements for component cleanliness and thus also for cleanliness-compliant production and assembly are continuously increasing. The VDA Volume 19 regulations provide the framework for determining technical cleanliness and establish binding specifications for checking technical cleanliness. Particle traps are set up at particle-relevant points in the assembly environment or other process areas in order to determine disturbing influences and assess risks. These are collected again after a defined period and quantified and analyzed manually or automatically under a microscope. To fix the particle trap in place during microscopic evaluation, a sample holder for microscopy stages is required that allows precise evaluation of the particle contamination.

In the category sample holder for microscopy stages we have compiled various fixations for particle traps, particle stamps and particle rockers for you. At CleanControlling you can order such a sample holder for microscopy stages from different renowned manufacturers. In each case, it is an insert plate made of anodized aluminum, which is precisely matched to the respective microscope system. The particle trap is simply inserted into the sample holder for microscopy stages and thus fixed for the following analysis.

We offer a 1-fold sample holder for microscopy stages with LEICA, dhs-Cleanalyzer or JOMESA microscopes as well as a 6-fold fixation for particle traps that can be analyzed with JOMESA microscopes. Made of anodized aluminum and steel, this sample mounting insert plate for microscopy stages is a perfect fit for the JOMESA 6-fold sample stage for the JOMESA microscope system. It allows accurate and efficient evaluation of up to six particle traps without the need to change the fixation.

Fixations for particle plungers and particle rockers

While particle traps make it possible to determine disturbing influences in a process area over a certain period of time, particle stamps are used to determine and evaluate the surface contamination present on a limited area: Particles are picked up by pressing the adhesive stamp onto the surface to be examined and detaching it again, and they remain attached to the adhesive surface. The particle stamp is then closed and removed for microscopic analysis in accordance with the cleanliness requirements.

If the surface to be evaluated is larger, particle rockers are used instead of particle stamps. These enable the collection of particles from large surfaces, e.g. containers and packaging, storage areas, large components, roadways or assembly workplaces. CleanControlling also offers the appropriate sample holder for microscopy stages.

For JOMESA microscopes, CleanControlling also offers fixtures for particle stamps and particle rockers. The fixation for particle punches is made of anodized aluminum and is perfectly adapted to JOMESA microscope systems. The particle stamp is positioned centrally on the insertion plate and fixed in place. The plate is then inserted into the microscopy stage for precise manual or automated determination of particle impurities.

Order consumables and accessories for particle monitoring as well as the suitable sample holder for microscopy stages conveniently online. If you do not have the technical facilities for microscopic evaluation and analysis, we offer analyses for particle traps, particle stamps and particle rockers. The particles are recorded and typified in size classes according to the specifications of VDA 19.1 or ISO 16232, and a defined number of the largest particles in each case are also documented pictorially. Simply send us a non-binding inquiry by e-mail or via our contact form, and we will get back to you promptly.
