Particle suction system
The particle suction system from CleanControlling - highest precision for advanced technical cleanliness tests
CleanControlling has developed a groundbreaking method for testing technical cleanliness: the patented particle suction extraction. Our innovative particle suction system considerably expands the spectrum of your cleanliness tests. As a further development of the compact C|PS² suction extraction system introduced in 2018, we also offer you the C|PS³apex particle suction system, a complete solution with state-of-the-art digital control.
The C|PS³apex complete system sets a new standard in technical cleanliness. With a state-of-the-art digital control system and intuitive user interface, it gives you maximum precision and reproducibility in cleanliness testing. The mobile particle suction system allows you to store analysis parameters and supports you with visual representations of the test sequences.
Both systems are designed as mobile systems and can be moved easily on the stable, smooth-running wheels/castors, positioned safely and also locked reliably. Due to the clever design and mobility, the particle extraction system can be used in almost any testing, working and production environment.
The C|PS suction extraction system from CleanControlling - functions and areas of application
The C|PS Suction Extraction System developed by us represents a more advanced method of air extraction by suction. The dry extraction method loosens and sucks off dry adhering particles, e.g. from component surfaces or in specific control areas. The extracted particles are then selectively deposited onto sample carriers, e.g. laboratory bottles, analysis filters or particle traps.
This method is particularly relevant for the technical cleanliness of automotive components - especially in the field of e-mobility - as well as parts and components in electrical/electronic production. However, other areas of increasing importance also require this alternative method instead of the established cleanliness tests - from packaging analysis and process optimization in logistics and production to numerous applications in clean areas and laboratories.
What makes our particle suction system so special?
Established methods such as wet extraction or air extraction by blowing off have been state of the art for years. However, these methods are reaching their limits, which are particularly evident in the context of e-mobility and assistance systems. The requirements for cleanliness testing have changed, and more flexible solutions are needed. Large battery components can no longer be extracted in closed extraction cabinets in the conventional way, and the need for testing in the process environment requires innovative approaches.
For these reasons, CleanControlling has developed the complementary method of suction extraction. This method, a variant of air extraction, meets the strict requirements of VDA 19.1 / ISO 16232 and offers reproducible results. Our particle extraction system is convincing due to its independence from closed test rooms and offers a full range of equipment for maximum efficiency, mobility and flexibility in use.
The main advantages of suction extraction include non-destructive testing, which, among other things, allows components to be reused. Due to its location-independent application, the particle extraction system facilitates particle monitoring in the line. Further advantages are the simple testing of large-area components and the possibility of selective testing without having to mask areas. Our particle suction system is also ideally suited for application-oriented testing of components that must not come into contact with liquid media. By using it, you reduce your operating and logistics costs for component testing in the process environment and do not need liquid extraction media.
