C|PS² - Compact system for particle suction extraction

This non-destructive, mobile test method with suction extraction enables the economical, faster and application-oriented particle extraction on large-area components or directly in the process enviroments.

The particles are suction-released from the surface and sucked in by using a suitable nozzle. The removed particles are collected in a laboratory bottle or an a particle trap.

For protection and overload protection, there is a filter unit in addition to the cyclone unit.

The absorbed particles can be further analyzed in combination with the filter unit.

Suctioning is possible with or without the cyclone unit.

A compact and combinable case system allows easy transportation of the particle suction extraction system and the equipment.
